Cancellations & Returns
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product through the mail for a refund or replacement. We regret that custom made items, or any item that has been worn is not returnable.
Returns are easy.
- You must print and complete a Merchandise Return form within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. To do so, you will need the original order number. Go to Account Administration > View Order History. Find your order by order date or order number and select it. Then select "Print Return Label".
- Follow the instructions on the Merchandise Return Form.
- Please make note of why the item is being returned. You can simply write this on the form you include inside the package.
- The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. Items not including their original vendor boxes and manuals are not returnable.
- The item(s) must be returned in its original unworn, unsized condition. We apologize that returned jewelry showing any signs of wear will not be refunded.
- Some items, including special order, custom made, engraved, sized or other non-stock items are not returnable. If you have questions about returning a custom item, please email us.
- Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping; we recommend that you insure the package against loss or damage.
- The item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of your original receipt.
- All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.
